Discovery Depot is looking for volunteers to fill a variety of roles at the children’s museum!
Play conductors.
Are you imaginative and energetic? Do you enjoy teaching and interacting with children? Become a play conductor at the museum, where you will have opportunities to interact with visiting families and school groups.
Program volunteers.
Do you enjoy creativity and crafts? Do you like participating in community events that involve families and children? Our program volunteers assist the program coordinator with weekly educational programming, art-making, and special events such as Big Wheel Races and the Children’s Flea Market.
Office helpers.
If you have an eye for detail and enjoy office work and preparing art projects, mailings, and laminating, this is the perfect volunteer opportunity for you. Office helpers assist with light office work that may include cutting, laminating, filing, and prepping program materials.
Volunteers at Discovery Depot not only have an impact on the lives of children and families, but they also enjoy opportunities to meet like-minded citizens who are passionate about Discovery Depot’s mission.
